个人认为在Google Mail里添加Buzz是画蛇添足

可能跟个人性格有关。在平常的生活中我的基本原则是：尽量不打扰，不论是朋友还是陌生人，因此基本不用Twitter，所以在Google Mail里添加Buzz至少不适合我。
